The Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello, also known as Chateau Montebello, is a historical resort that is located in Montebello, Quebec, Canada. It is famous for its unique architecture, rich history, and picturesque surroundings.

The construction of the Chateau Montebello began in 1928 under the guidance of Swiss-American architect Adrien Dufresne. Dufresne aimed to create a rustic yet luxurious lodge using locally sourced materials, such as cedar logs. The building process was labour-intensive, requiring the assembly of over 10,000 red cedar logs, resulting in the world's largest log cabin structure.

Today, the Chateau Montebello remains a popular destination for travelers who are looking for a blend of history, luxury, and natural beauty. Its legacy as an exceptional architectural gem and an emblem of sophistication in the heart of the Canadian landscape endures.
