Efficient Log Cabins is a family owned and operated business that budded in 1981. Nestled remotely in the naturally beautiful Robson Valley of British Columbia, the Mom and Dad of the team decided to break the common housing trend. After learning some log building skills from the late renowned log builder, B. Allan Mackie, the Family Log Home was constructed, and a dream was born.
Today, nearly 40 years and many building projects later, that first log home built, still continues to be the “Family Home’, and the passion for building with logs still beats in the heart of not only the Dad, but in the adult children, and spouses as well.
We are small, and have chosen to stay that way. We are a business built upon integrity and efficiency. Being a family operated business gives us the freedom to take time and care while building, to get the results that you want.
