Rest in Peace, Robert (Bob) Miller
Robert (Bob) Stanley Miller passed away peacefully on August 20, 2024 after a 2 year battle with cancer. You can find the obituary here.
Throughout his life, Bob also established and ran RSM Drafting Services Ltd., a business where he designed and drew plans for log homes, frame homes and commercial buildings from 1976 through to his retirement earlier this year. Along with many log builders, his plans have been converted into beautiful homes across BC and North America, and even into Europe and Japan. This past year he was proud to publish a collection of his favourite log home plans entitled “Drawing Dreams” and his library of home plans, both hand drawn and digital, were donated to UNBC to teach and inspire new generations of designers, engineers and architects. His business’ tag line was “We draw your dreams” and Bob made that mission statement a reality for many people over time. Bob was a member of the ILBA.
